1/4 cup quick oats (dry)
Cinnamon to taste (I like about half a teaspoon)
1 packet Stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
1 tablespoon light peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
* note- water/almond milk amount may vary depending on how you like your oatmeal.
Add dry ingredients into Tupperware bowl (will need lid) and mix up. Add banana, peanut butter, and lastly water/almond milk.
Cover and let sit in fridge overnight. Microwave for 2- 2:20 minutes.
*Note, almond milk can be substituted with regular milk.
